Her past artistic practice is mainly concerned with the re-creation of re-made images, the narrative relationship between images and texts, the fictionality of archives and memory, and the function and effect of photographic images in the construction of history and structures of patriarchy. Currently, Siyi's artistic practice attempts to utilise AI as a structural tool for image making, exploring narrative structures and fictional archives.
